SINARP NR-1

One of Brazil’s most complete platforms — and possibly the most complete — for management, traceability and auditable evidence of psychosocial risks under NR-1.

Created by Felipe Reitz from a technical work considered a national reference in NR-1, SINARP transforms regulatory obligation into operational method, real governance and documentary security.

If an inspection happened tomorrow, could your company prove that it identifies, assesses, treats and monitors psychosocial risks in a structured way?

What is SINARP?

SINARP is a specialized platform for work-related psychosocial risks, developed to support the structuring of these risks within the logic of NR-1, GRO and PGR.

Instead of leaving professionals with empty fields, scattered spreadsheets or generic documents, SINARP guides the process through a structured path: company, units, departments, roles, exposed groups, identification, classification, matrix, action plan, evidence, governance and technical report.

The result is a psychosocial management system that is much more organized, traceable and auditable.

Why is it different from common OHS software?

Most occupational health and safety systems were created for broad routines: documents, eSocial, exams, records, events, deadlines and operational obligations. SINARP was born with another focus: psychosocial risks in NR-1.

While generic solutions offer fields to fill in, SINARP offers methodology. While common systems record information, SINARP structures technical reasoning.

This difference positions SINARP at another level: not as a form-filling tool, but as a psychosocial management platform with embedded technical intelligence.

Book, HUMANOS Framework and PRF library

SINARP was developed from a robust technical foundation linked to the practical manual on NR-1, psychosocial risks and occupational management.

The system operationalizes a structured methodology based on the HUMANOS Framework and libraries of Psychosocial Risk Factors — PRF. Users do not start from zero: the intelligence of the book enters the software flow.

This creates a rare technical barrier: software, technical book, framework, PRF library, risk matrix, action plan, auditable evidence and structured report in the same ecosystem.

What does SINARP solve?

The greatest challenge for companies is not only identifying psychosocial risks. The real challenge is demonstrating management.

In an inspection, audit, labor claim or internal review, it is not enough to say the company cares about mental health. It is necessary to present organization, criteria, evidence, traceability and an action plan.

SINARP was created to transform intention into demonstrable management.

Auditable traceability: the heart of SINARP

Each risk can be linked to information, criteria, owners, deadlines, actions and evidence.

This creates an organized trail that strengthens the company in inspections, audits, internal reviews and continuous monitoring.

SINARP organizes what inspectors want to see: inventory, criteria, action, evidence and governance.

Technical intelligence

PRL Matrix: Probability × Severity

SINARP organizes risk through the relationship between probability and severity, transforming subjective and organizational factors into a more objective, comparable, prioritable and defensible reading.

FRP Library

Library of 20 Psychosocial Risk Factors — PRF

The platform works with a specialized library of psychosocial factors related to work organization, professional relationships, mental load, emotional demands, autonomy, recognition, conflicts, harassment, violence, communication, management, participation, pace, working hours and other critical elements.

High quantitative demands Intense emotional demands Accelerated work pace Insufficient working hours and breaks Role conflict Role ambiguity Insufficient control over work Low leadership support Low peer support Insufficient organizational communication Insufficient recognition Insecurity about changes Interpersonal conflicts Moral harassment or psychological violence External violence Cognitive overload Insufficient participation Failures in organizational justice Isolation at work Unstable organizational environment

Consulting-level software

SINARP was designed as consulting-level software. It can be used through guided autonomous use or assisted implementation.

For consultants, occupational clinics and OHS professionals, the platform delivers scale, standard, authority, technical security and differentiation from generic consultancies.

With SINARP, the consultant stops delivering only documents and begins operating a high-value methodology.

Governance, legal protection and documentary security

Psychosocial risks should not be treated as static documents. They require monitoring, updating, review and action.

SINARP organizes responsibilities, deadlines, status, actions and evidence, creating a clearer model of formal governance.

In inspections, audits or labor-related questioning, the company has a structured process to demonstrate management.

NR-1 · GRO · PGR

NR-1, GRO/PGR and harassment-prevention measures

SINARP integrates psychosocial risks into the logic of Occupational Risk Management — GRO and the Risk Management Program — PGR.

It also strengthens the connection between psychosocial risks, harassment prevention and organizational measures related to mental health at work.

This integration separates a simple documentary approach from a strategic governance approach.

Beyond documents

Strategic and predictive level

SINARP was designed to go beyond the documentary logic. It exists to structure management.

Its proposal evolves toward prevention of harm, reduction of legal vulnerability, organization of psychosocial data, trend reading, action monitoring, continuous management and support for preventive decisions.

This vision places SINARP above purely operational solutions.

Professional and responsible use

SINARP is a support platform for managing, organizing and documenting work-related psychosocial risks.

The system does not replace legal obligations, regulated professionals, technical judgment or qualified interpretation.

Report quality depends on data quality, contextualization of risks and follow-up of actions.
